John Daniels IV has shaped his formation around the principle of cura personalis (care for the whole person). John  distinguished himself as a student leader during his time at Marquette University High School, serving as a President’s Ambassador, Ignatian Global Scholar, and Model United Nations participant. He previously consulted for ACT, joining their national JE:DI alliance as a key contributor to qualitative research on social–emotional skill development and equity-based assessment content across multicultural student populations.

His work is rooted in a desire to build bridges across people, cultures, and opportunities. He began his entrepreneurial journey in 2015 in graphic design and later expanded that vision into youth-centered ventures designed to prepare his peers for the future. He is the architect behind Swing2Win, a leadership series that connects students with distinguished leaders through the game of golf, and co-founded Pontem Travel Services, helping individuals and organizations explore the world with intention. He also serves as executive chair of his family’s three-generation family office, supporting philanthropic giving, investment strategy, and long-term planning.

Upon graduating, John will begin a new chapter as an International Business student at Pepperdine University in Malibu, California. Carrying forward the spirit of cura personalis and a passion for global exploration, he aims to continue his mission of building bridges wherever they are needed most.
